What’s on offer: Top private equity fund and high caliber team Focus on healthcare services in SE Asia region Combination of both investing and operational improvement Reporting to the Director – Investment, your responsibilities will include Market mapping, scoping potential investment targets Analysing investment opportunities including building and owning the financial model Assist the Investment Director/s in transaction execution, negotiation and structuring Build investment thesis for potential investment opportunities Work with portoflio companies on Merger Integration and performance improvement Portfolio monitoring and tracking The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials and high performance track record in M&A investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting. Healthcare experience is a major advantage and South East Asian languages are a plus. The target experience for this role is 3-6 years, other exceptional candidates are also welcome to apply.
