Financial Analyst works as part of Corporate Controlling Team mainly supporting one Business Controller on all aspects of performance management and project implementation. This role comprises of monthly / quarterly reporting on key performance indicators as well as coordinating the implementation of one new leasing standard to ensure the reporting compliance. The financial analyst is also involved in budgeting and other ad-hoc assignments within controlling area. Job Description: Supports monthly performance reporting mainly on Contract Logistics business; Monitors quarterly performance results of key investments; Facilitates quarterly manual reporting process on leases; Actively participates in the implementation project related to new leasing reporting standards; Ad-hoc assignments within controlling area; Contract Logistics Business Analysis Prepares monthly reports and analysis for Contract Logistics business; Monitors facility KPI’s reporting, including maintaining facility database inputs quality to ensure the compliance with reporting guidelines; Quarterly consolidates performance results of key investments; Project Management (New Leasing Reporting Standards) Assists countries with quarterly-end leases reporting to ensure the compliance with new leasing reporting standards, including preparing Hyperion uploading files and facilitating validation process; Supports Business Controller with necessary actions required for the project implementation related to new leasing reporting standards, including coordinating the communications across countries / team members and preparing quarterly reports; Qualifications/Requirements University degree in accounting with basic finance knowledge (e.g. understand NPV and financial evaluation models); 3-4 years of experience in accounting or controlling area in a global business, ideally with the consolidation experience; Team player attitude; Familiar with Excel; Strong analytical and communication skills; Experience in Hyperion Financial Management is a plus; Fluent in English.
