To ensure all products meet Malaysia Food Acts & Food Regulations To maintaining ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 (HACCP & GMP) To oversee overall running of QA department To ensure that incoming raw material meet the required quality standard To response to all customer complaints within agreed timeline, including proper investigation and effective corrective / preventive actions. Establish, implement and maintain quality management system To participate in internal audits To coordinate monthly GMP audit and prepare report on monthly basis Ensure all audit reports are submitted and action plans are provided by auditees on timely basis. To schedule and conduct training for Operation personnel, including Quality and R&D personnel on quality, hygiene and food safety. To ensure all new staff have attended Induction training within the first week of starting date Job Requirements With 2 to 4 years working experience in QA/QC Food Industry Able to work independently with strong commitment Degree in Food Sciences/ related study Good communication at all levels internally and externally Possess QMS auditing skills 3-5 years working experience, preferable in quality department Experience in management of customer specifications and enquiries Experience in handling customer complaints Experience in conducting internal audits Experience in conducting Food Safety topic trainings Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,800.00 to RM5,500.00 /month Experience: Food QA/QC: 5 years (Required) Food Act and Regulation: 3 years (Required) HACCP, HALAL, GMP: 5 years (Preferred)
