Leadership opportunity to manage ACI’s Centre for Healthcare Redesign Graduate Certificate programs 2020. Full time temporary contract for a period of up to March 2021. Flexible Working Organisation based in Chatswood and will be moving to state of the art, agile offices in St Leonards in 2020. We are looking for Advanced facilitation and coaching skills applied to redesign Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project milestones Advanced communication skills that fosters collaboration and engagement across multiple stakeholders What you will be doing The Course Manager - Centre for Healthcare Redesign will manage the capability programs delivered by Centre for Healthcare Redesign to ACI and NSW Health to deliver change management projects supporting health reform. The role supports the development and Implementation of an effective capability development framework that promotes redesign and Innovation best practice. Managing the breadth of established CHR core programs including the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign, Redesign Leaders and Coaching Program and supported by a Course Coordinator, this position will: work collaboratively with the NSW Health Pillars, Health Service Executives and managers, clinicians and external stakeholders, Including the University of Tasmania (UTAS) to facilitate the contribution of key Internal and external partners in the development and delivery of targeted capability programs manage the content of existing core programs for the CHR team and be responsible for mentoring the development of faculty to deliver training to the clients and will work with the Course Coordinator to manage all aspects of course coordination and evaluation and work closely with the CHR Capability Design Manager to embed new curriculum into existing programs provide high level advice on the capability development for Implementation of health service delivery Improvement projects In NSW hospitals and related agencies, and provide timely reports on each of the programs. Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications in an educational discipline and/or Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or demonstrated relevant facilitation and education experience 2. Relevant industry experience in service improvement redesign and change management including all aspects of project management. Management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of state-wide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives 3. Proven skills in managing courses to deliver successful application of innovative approaches and leadership in change programs. This includes, experience in curriculum development, faculty development, course delivery, educational program management and evaluation 4. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal, facilitation, consultation, customer engagement and negotiation skills A copy of the position description can be accessed online.
