About these casual HCA Positions: What you’ll do: Using your experience in geriatrics, support our residents in having meaningful life experiences by providing personal care Be resident-centred in your approach and model our values in all your interactions with the public, team members, residents and their families Observe and report any changes in a residents status Assist and accompany residents in social and therapy functions inside and outside the facility What you’ll need: 1 or more years experience working with seniors in a similar role Completion of a recognized HCA Course Must be fluent in English both orally and in writing Have an empathetic and positive attitude Perks & Benefits Happy, fulfilled team members working in a culture of caring Amazing residents with rich life stories Affordable meals prepared daily in our community kitchen Send us your cover letter and resume and don’t forget to tell us about yourself.
