About Afognak Native
The Security and Access Control Contract (SACC) is currently recruiting for Armed Security Officers for Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands. Selected applicants will be responsible for manning entry/access control points, conducting escorts, and performing roving patrols to ensure the overall security of the US Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll, Regan Test Site. Required Skills Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status. Proficient with the English language Have previous experience as an armed officer or guard with knowledge of security operations Possess excellent communication skills Possess a High School Diploma or GED, valid Passport, and Driver’s License Have the ability to live overseas for a period of at least one year and work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and/or holidays Have the ability to operate and qualify with a Berretta 9mm pistol Meet weight and grooming standards IAW Army Regulations Have the ability to pass a Physical Fitness Ability Test Pass a background/security investigation, pre-employment medical evaluation, and drug test Remain drug free during period of employment Possess an active Security Clearance Maintain suitability IAW AR 190-51 and AR 190-56 Required Experience
