Nutrition Consultant This is an exciting opportunity with one of the 500 Fortune companies based in Singapore. Growing the team, we're looking for an additional young professional to join the team of nutritionist supporting the business by providing the nutritional advices to the consumers and healthcare professionals. Roles and Responsibilities To provide support and advice to customers, within their area of expertise, from pre-conception to toddlerhood and motherhood Giving advisory support to adult and aging consumers within their area of expertise Contribute to business growth by cross-selling between baby and adult categories from trial, conversion and retention To build affinity and engage with consumers via digital and social community management To engage and connect with consumers via all touch points, including digital and social platforms as well as face-to-face To care for customers with product quality concerns, from initial contact through to resolution Provide assistance to consumers on E-shop orders Job Specifications Education Background Minimum degree holder, preferably with science/nutrition subjects Strong nutrition/dietetic knowledge (Baby / Adult) will be an advantage Skills Needed High level of computer literacy Possess in depth knowledge of the industry, products, business environment and best practices Experience needed Working experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical company Have sales experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical will be an advantage Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job Resilience Team player Analytical and good presentation skills Passionate and results oriented Strong negotiation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language Able to conduct verbal group presentation Well verse with current issues related to infant and adult nutrition and food science Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in Singapore.
