Your tasks Designing frameworks to effectively implement and steer the assortment controlling process Review, monitor and control for assortment structure especially with a focus on go-in margins and assortment profitability Pre-order and re-order budget controlling Implement and review assortment performance logics Creating replenishment forecasts Defining potential mark-down strategy and monitoring overall stock risk Manage stock risks while maximising profitability Be the business and challenge partner to our merchandise and product team Responsible for building overall KPIs and defining reports and supporting the teams in quantitative analytical topics as well as with ad-hoc requests Your Profile 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling/ Commercial Controlling/ Business Analytics or in a similar role (Consulting, Reporting etc.) Excellent degree from top-ranked university/Business School in Finance, Economics or Business Administration Previous experience with controlling & project management Very strong quantitative skills and hands-on mentality Excellent team player, strong social skills and start-up driven Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English, German is a plus) Working with aeyde means: Working in a modern office in the center of Berlin Working with an international team of digital-, business- and fashion experts Flexible working hours Endless shoes-: personal voucher for you and your friends and further specials for employees You will get +1 day holidays for each year that you stay with us Coffee, fruits, filtered water for free Company pension program (voluntary)
