For our Customer Service team, we are seeking people who are: - Determined and committed - Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone - Good at problem solving - Confident picking up new IT systems - Flexible and adaptable - Organised with great attention to detail Ideally you will have experience working to SLAs and in a fast-paced environment. However, a “can-do” attitude, drive and enthusiasm are more important. What will you actually be doing?? Answering incoming calls and resolving customer issues, first time where possible Using your expertise in Aerial Direct’s products and services (expertise we’ll teach you) to exceed customer expectations Work to SLAs around call time and quality Build sustainable relationships with customers to ensure they have the best experience possible with Aerial Direct. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £18,000.00 /year Experience: sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
