Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for assisting the whole asset group in asset deployment transactions, deal development and research. Grow knowledge of commercial transactions, including asset management and contract terms and conditions development and review. Develop network of commercial contacts and familiarity of commercial terms and business practices. All other duties related to support such transactions, implement business unit process changes, and liaise with other business units within the company. Education, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Understands finance, pricing concepts, adept with Excel spreadsheets of aircraft and engine assets. Shows strong potential for supporting and driving projects and deadlines. Growth of responsibility, independence and developing business decision skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and function as a member of a team. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and reporting skills. Must be a self-starter with a desire to succeed through teamwork and supporting group objectives. Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
