Aer Stretching

About Aer Stretching

Aer Stretching was founded by the mother-son duo Tamara Shengeliya and Alexander Levi, bringing their personal experiences from Los Angeles to Berlin. Tamara, originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, discovered a transformative wellness method during a visit to her hometown, which significantly improved her chronic back pain. Inspired by its effectiveness, she and Alexander saw an opportunity to bring this innovative approach to Berlin. With Alexander’s passion for physical wellness and Tamara’s dedication to personalized health solutions, they created Aer Stretching to offer a truly tailored fitness experience that enhances both body and mind.
