General responsibilities include: Discussions and meetings with clients to understand complex issues and timelines Ability to meet with client’s on a one-on-one basis Evaluating construction projects to determine and measure delay impacts using recognized methodologies Analyzing delay, both contemporaneously and forensically, using Oracle P6, and Microsoft Project Creation of Time Impact Analysis (TIAs), Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), formal claim documents Developing and analyzing contractor loss of productivity Calculating and reviewing damages associated with claims Providing construction consulting services and litigation support Working with attorneys, owners and contractors Writing comprehensive reports supported by rigorous analysis and documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (in a related field is a plus) Minimum of 2 years of dispute resolute and claims withing the vertical construction industry experience. (Vertical construction is considered high rises, hospitals, airports, data centers, schools, etc. versus oil and power plants) AACE Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC) preferred Proficiency in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims In-depth knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controls Understanding of construction documentation Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detailed-oriented We are fully committed to our remarkable staff at Aegis.
