Advinia Healthcare are a private healthcare provider who currently have 37 Nursing and Residential Homes across the UK. Madeira House is an attractive care home, tucked away in the market town of Louth and deliver personalised residential, respite and palliative care to 51 Residents. This is a full time or part time role and the shift will be nights (20:00-08:00) We are looking for cheerful and hardworking people who can easily communicate with Managers, Residents and visitors to the home. As a Care Assistant you will: Assist with all personal care-washing/dressing/brushing teeth/changing pads Moving and handling assistance-if required Assisting with eating and drinking-if required Infection control-assisting with cleaning rooms/cleaning vomit etc and maintaining a safe environment for the Residents. Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each resident Maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
