We Currently Have an Opening for a Run Specialist Looking to turn your job into an Adventure? Adventure365 seeks an innovative, energetic and focused individual to serve as its Retail Run Specialist. As a retail run specialist, you will provide a unique and exceptional experience for our customers, both within and outside of the store. The ideal candidate will be involved in the local run community and have a passion for running, helping others and providing a high level of customer service. You contribute to a positive work culture by helping to mentor and train sales staff about all things run. You love to stay current on industry products and trends (in fact, you get a bit nerdy with it), and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge. Role As a Run Specialist, your primary responsibility is handling operations of the store's run department, ensuring store standards are met and providing extraordinary customer service. Create a welcoming and all-inclusive experience for customers Help customers with product decisions by listening to their needs, answering questions and providing relevant recommendations Store maintenance including merchandising, restocking, cleaning and special orders. Provide training and product knowledge to other team members. Participate and Organize / Support local running related events.
