Description Purchase Activities: Ensure procurement of Raw Materials Packing Materials chemicals Engineering & stores materials and services for the plant as per the plan and requirement within stipulated time and optimum cost. Total Value vale of the procurement will be around Rs. 3000 millions. Stores Activities: To Implement the system and maintain engineering stores items as per specified bin levels in stores and control stores inventory as per target. Ensure functioning of stores as per ISO systems. Adhere to all applicable audit and statutory compliance. Ensure timely disposal of scrap and obsolete items. Procurement of Raw Materials Furnace Oil Caustic Packing Materials Chemicals & Refractory for the plant as per the plan and requirement within stipulated time and optimum cost. The total value will be around Rs. 300 Crores. Ensure procurement of Engineering & stores materials CAPEX and services for the plant as per the plan and requirement within stipulated time and optimum cost. Procurement Lead Time: Procurement lead time is to be with in the target of 35 days. To maintain engineering stores items as per specified bin levels in stores. Control stores inventory Rs. 375 Lacs with in the budget. Stores no stocks are to be with in the target of 3.5% Ensure to adhere ISO & all statutory compliances.
