Adaria Vending Services is a Vaughan based company specializing in logistics and fulfillment services for vending machines. Our clients range from offices to manufacturing plants to public areas - pretty much anywhere you'll ever find a vending machine. We're a young, dynamic team dedicated to providing industry leading fulfillment to vending machines and clients located in southern Ontario. We are looking to find a dedicated, detail oriented, results driven, and passionate individual to join our company as an Accountant. In this role, you will be working in a small but fast paced and rapidly growing office environment. Duties include: Supervise general accounting duties including bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable; cash processing, etc. Perform reconciliation of credit cards, bank accounts Prepare invoice, billing, commission, and subsidy invoices for customers Prepare the company’s financial statements and applicable notes Provide management with visibility into the financial health and status of the company Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Reconcile cash collections Prepare payroll runs Generates various custom reports as necessary Filing and general office duties Other administrative duties as required Requirements: Familiarity with Quickbooks Desktop, Microsoft Office, Proficient in use of spreadsheets High level of comfort and familiarity with computer systems At least 1+ year bookkeeping and accounting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 /year Experience: bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred) Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Job Duties: Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews Accounts payable Accounts receivable Preparing financial statements (e.g. balance sheet, P&L, statement of cash flows) Processing expense reports Payroll Conducting planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Reviewing and maintaining internal controls processes and systems Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
