The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for reviewing medical records for non-sales assisted referrals to ensure compliance standards are met prior to a service being rendered. 2. Responsible for working with community referral sources to obtain compliant documentation in a timely manner to facilitate the referral process. 3. Responsible for answering phone and providing great customer service to all callers regardless of origin of call. 4. Must be an expert at payer guidelines and reading clinical documentation to determine qualification status and compliance for all equipment and services. Requirements: - High School Diploma - One year work related in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management reqardless of industry.
