Position: Location: Department: Business: Manager Aurangabad EPC Projects Solar Manufacturing Job Specifications Age Group: 30-40 Years Total Experience: 08-14 years Essential Qualification: Electrical Engg graduate / Renewable graduate Desired Qualification: PG in renewables in institutes abroad Purpose of the Position To provide support for Planning, Monitoring, Executing, Control and Contract Management for Rooftop Projects by integration & coordination amongst various stake holders (internal and external) in order to achieve completion of the packages within schedule and fulfilment of the project objectives. Role & Responsibilities Coordination among internal departments, sites and vendors/contractors for achieving timely completion of packages by ensuring availability of all deliverables at site. Conducting KOMs and Progress review meetings. Anticipating problems & interface issues and taking proactive measures for resolution. Post Award Monitoring and Contract Management. Providing necessary support to site during execution. Implementation of mandate for timely completion of projects. Requisite skills: Functional Business Acumen External Stakeholder Management Lead the team for achieving the set goals. Training & Development skills Understanding of technical requirements of customers Well versed on various equipment and maintenance issues Behavioural Strategic Orientation. Decision Making Customer focused Leading Teams Performance and Accountability Planning & Organizing Physical Standard (if any) Sound physical health Special Skills w.r.t. Job (if any) Sound knowledge on various components used in the products division Able to take quick decisions and ensuring the upkeep of the plants all the time Network with various state nodal agencies, MNRE, SECI, C&I, Builders etc., and maintaining harmonious relationship for the life of the systems Understanding tax intricacies Essential areas/ factors/ conditions in which incumbent should have experience Contract and Project Management of Rooftop Projects with good understanding of various process & systems. Most important contribution and outcome needed from the position through KRAs Getting the highest ontime on all the installations and highest generation possible Optimising the plant to get maximum output and bring customer loyalty where ever products are sold Convincing and improving the brand awareness in market Participating and bringing the brand Adani in every event in all regions and ensuring the brand reaches every house hold.
