About AcuPebble® SA100 AcuPebble SA is our first product, a novel non-invasive wearable medical device for the diagnosis of sleep apnoea. AcuPebble SA uses a patient-friendly sensor to monitor the sounds generated during the process of respiration and cardiac operation and then applies sophisticated signal treatment algorithms to extract the main physiological parameters that are clinically relevant for the diagnosis of sleep apnoea. ROLE OVERVIEW You see yourself as an all-rounder, looking to build both technical and non-technical skills and explore various roles within a technology start-up. This role will cover a broad range of domains and will be suited for you if you are curious, with a keen attention to detail and great problem solving skills. You will enjoy new and unique challenges, and should be excited by the opportunity to make a difference to millions of lives worldwide. Initially, you will be supporting the commercialisation of our first product, with a view to specialise after 12 months. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will involve: Business Development: Building and actively managing a pipeline of sales leads Driving sales and marketing initiatives Following up from Commercial Pilots and converting into orders for AcuPebble SA. Commercial Operations: Operations is the function that glues the company together, responsible for budgets and forecasts, product delivery, customer service and logistics. In this role, you will: Drive the forecasting of inventory demand and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure inventory availability; Own the planning, preparation and execution of all inventory management, including all shipments Communication and Marketing: Project manage and support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral and product documentation (eg: brochures, videos, merchandising, instructions for use, executive summaries, powerpoint presentations etc). Identify and engage with healthcare professionals within hospitals and other organisations (eg: clinicians, managers and buyers). Help with conference planning and project manage all tasks required for the company to have maximum impact at a conference. Manage our communication channels (B2B), including maintaining a content calendar, and liaising with press and external agencies. Requirements Ideally you will have a 2:1 or above in a STEM related degree. Intellectually curious about how things work. Good attention to detail and great problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
