Long Description Responsible for all administrative tasks related to the shipping and receiving of product into and out of the facility. Ensures that all shipping documentation is processed accurately and entered in a timely manner. Ensures the routing of orders to their designated carriers and ensure that they are ready to be picked up and shipped. Books trailer loads to meet the set delivery appointment for the customers. Job Responsibilities Handles documentation for shipping of LTL'S, AIR'S, UPS, TRAILER LOADS, and MANUAL PICKS. Ensure orders are ready to be picked-up. Call carriers to inform them of the trailers they have ready for pickup. Print commercial documentation when needed. Manual Pick tab - routing, logging, issuing and tracking of orders. Ensures movement to their designated carriers to be shipped. TLOD tickets to other DC and plants Organize and update training files. OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages): receives contact from various sources such as customers, agents, carriers and customer care team in regard to OS&D. Researches and resolves the needed request.
