About Active Pathways

Currently operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire, Active Pathways Ltd have been helping adults aged 18-65 years with their mental health and learning disabilities for over 15 years. We’re focused on delivering recovery focused mental health services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments. We provide services to Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire CCG’s and Lancashire County Council. In Yorkshire we provide services to Leeds CCGS who are looking to place vulnerable people into an engaging rehabilitative programme. Our services balance therapy and care, ensuring the progress of treatment is measurable, enabling us to evaluate the effectiveness. We’re passionate about providing community tailored services where service-users are supported in less restrictive environments during their recovery. This way, we develop relationships, manage risk and provide opportunities to improve skills enabling service users to enjoy citizenship within their local community. At Active Pathways we create a culture of continuous improvement and our staff receive training at all stages of their career pathway. This includes individual induction, corporate induction, mandatory training, coaching and mentoring, specialist training and continuous professional development. Active Pathways believe in developing staff from within and nurturing and facilitating people’s leadership aspirations. Star Performance Award We are pleased to announce that Active Pathways in Preston are the latest recipients of a Star Performance Award!, for Brookhaven and The Hamptons. We also announced a brand new award for two individual members of staff who demonstrated nursing care excellence. The awards were presented by Person First Solutions Clinical Director, Patrick Doyle, at a special event in November 2017, attended by service users and staff from Active Pathways.
