A professionally managed, commercial law firm is looking to expand and this new opportunity is likely to appeal to a newly qualified or recently qualified solicitor. Forming part of a larger commercial and property team, you can expect to be involved in excellent quality work across all aspects of sales and purchase, leasehold transactions, property finance and corporate support work. The firm as a whole is instructed by a diverse range of local and regional businesses of all shape and size, from start-ups and OMBs to larger corporates. You will develop excellent negotiation and technical skills from the diversity of the caseload and progress to managing your own transactions when appropriate. In this role, you will be receive excellent guidance and mentoring as you look to develop you career. Based in the North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire borders, the firm is also instructed by agricultural and rural services clients. As such, whilst previous experience is not essential, there would be the opportunity to undertake agricultural property work as well as mainstream commercial property transaction. This law firm already enjoys an enviable reputation in the region but continues to go from strength to strength.
