We are looking for a Passionate Technical Support Engineer.As a part of a Team, you’ll be one of the leading players in the IT Industry providing strategies and technical solutions to some of the big IT companies in the Philippines. We work together, across boundaries to help in delivering customer-focused information technology solutions through innovation and collaboration with those we serve in the government and commercial markets. What you'll do? You Break/fix of laptops, desktops, basic network devices. You will help customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software. You identify, analyze, troubleshoot and fix peripheral equipment and handhelds. You are responsible for hardware upgrades: moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment. You execute repairs and part replacements on desktops, laptops and tablets. You identify and recommend improvements to the overall IT infrastructure. You aid other technical support specialists when required. You provide customer service and communication over the phone, by e-mail and/or in person.
