Location: Regional WA Work Type: Permanent - Full Time FIFO Action Drill & Blast is the leading integrated drilling and blasting contractor in Australia. We are currently seeking applications from experienced Site Administrators for multiple roles. 8 days on 6 days off positions available at a variety of civil and mining projects in WA. Reporting to the Drill & Blast Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Preparing production and manning reports via accurate data entry into multiple database systems Maintaining rosters Managing travel and accommodation with the client and mobilisation team Daily data entry and solving issues with Payroll Raising purchase orders and receipting site deliveries Entering and reporting on site costing data Managing correspondence Being a point of contact with respect to admin queries and issues Maintaining an effective filing archiving system to ensure records and documents are stored securely. To be considered for an interview you need previous experience: 12 months in a FIFO production mining administration role Accurate data entry Strong MS Excel skills High level written communications Multi-tasking with competing deadlines. Your qualities will include: Problem solving mindset Adaptable to change and interruptions An ability to remain positive and focused in pressured environments Great communicator An approachable and helpful attitude.
