We are currently recruiting for a Digital Production Lead to be based in the Acteon head office in Norwich. As a strategic digital expert in the group marketing function, the successful candidate will play an important role to deliver an ambitious programme of digital change and marketing development for Acteon and its operating companies. The individual will need to inspire the organisation in achieving its optimal potential by managing the implementation and execution of all digital campaigns and strategic communications/engagement activity through the smart use of integrated, inbound, digital tools, platforms, technologies, and website services. Duties Delivering and evolving the integrated digital strategy for Acteon group Building upon the current digital marketing capability and driving the change programme for ‘digital first’ Implementing project management, production, and planning processes to support marketing plans and activity Overseeing all digital marketing and communication work to ensure campaign priorities are implemented effectively from concept to final delivery on time and within budget Defining the inbound digital tools and technology the organisation will use to meet the operational and integrated campaign requirements including inbound software applications, web platforms, digital advertising methods, and social media channels Managing the content management systems (CMS) integration requirements, customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related inbound software applications to influence and drive improvements in personalisation and engagement, throughout the customer lifecycle Creating, running and optimising automation and lead nurturing processes through all marketing channels to meet KPIs Championing a user-focused approach across our digital channels, that provides stakeholders with a consistent, joined-up user experience that meets our businesses goals Managing the development and deployment of the website content strategy Community building and managing the group’s social media profiles and presence, including publishing, monitoring, engaging and driving consistent content Overseeing with campaign leads the quality of the content created by third-party copywriters and designers to ensure that style guidelines and brand identity are adhered to Formulating the paid strategy, research keywords, targeting data, and competitive activity to craft media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimisation, testing, and analysis Supporting the creation and delivery of buyer persona methodology and SEM strategies through the management of SEO & PPC campaigns and working with specialist agencies Monitoring the effectiveness of specific channels and provide insight and reports against performance indicators and targets for each campaign performance Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers Keeping abreast of the latest developments in digital technologies. Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend investment potential Managing the annual digital budget with the Head of Marketing Communications Required Experience Degree, diploma or qualification in marketing and/or proven relevant experience Minimum of five years of digital marketing and production management experience Working in a large organisation, delivering complex digital brand and marketing campaign requirements Proficient in managing digital platforms (e.g. web, mobile, social media, digital advertising, SEO, CMS, and CRM) Having a deep understanding of how to develop buyer persona(s) to influence content creation, product development, that relates to customer acquisition and retention Awareness of inbound software platforms, and an understanding of HubSpot or equivalent Developing and managing external communication activities, plans, and marketing material Excellent organisational skills with real attention to deadlines and detail, very high-quality standards, and principles when it comes to brand integrity and acting against insights Creativity, with a flair for storytelling, copywriting, an eye for design and the willingness to take a hands-on approach alongside creative specialists to deliver best in class content A passion for technological innovation and awareness of global trends in digital media technology Managing and recommending tools for digital and website analytics including Google Data Studio and Google Analytics Understanding of applicable digital legislation (e.g. GDPR, Accessibility) Building project management and planning processes to support marketing plans and activity including project documentation, project briefs, end-stage reports, business cases Project management certification in PRINCE2, APM, PMI, Agile, Lean / Six Sigma would be desirable Job Location Acteon Group - Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom Position Type Full-Time/Regular
