Hours 5 days per week (Full Time 38-hour contract) Acre eatery is situated within Camperdown commons, in Sydney’s Inner West. It sits on the site formerly used as Camperdown Bowling club. It is now home to Sydney’s first Urban farm and restaurant concept. The restaurant sources produce from a selection of small Australian producers. Menus are seasonal, completely fresh and all products are made in house. Acre strives to source the majority of its proteins, produce and other ingredients from NSW or Australia whilst trying to reduce waste, food miles and unethical sourcing of food. We are looking for an experienced Sous chef who is passionate about creating seasonal, fresh food. Someone who has experience in running a busy section within a fresh food environment.
