Administer the operations of claims department to meet the service requirements. 2. Provide guidance and set policies on processing of claims based on coverage and permissible limits as per the ailments for timely payment of claims ensuring that all required documentation and supporting are in place. 3. Keep an update on any changes to legislation and regulations which pertain to i processing of claims. 4.Provide guidance to team to handle complex claims and manage fraudulent cases. 5.
