RESPONSIBILITIES Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling financial transactions Balancing accounts by reconciling entries Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Maintaining and balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports Recording payments and adjustments. Filing invoices and statements Maintaining historical records by filing documents Complying with legal requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2-3 minimum years relevant working experience in accounting and bookkeeping Knowledge of Indonesian tax law and regulation REQUIREMENT Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills Exhibiting great organizational skills Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Experience with creating financial statements Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Ability to converse effectively in verbal and written communication Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data Can work independently Strong typing skills, 50+ wpm Proficiency in time management Maintaining confidentiality Clean background About Accusentry At AccuSentry, we believe in cultivating a culture of commitment.
