We are Halton’s most trusted home care provider – and have been for over 90 years. We have a proud and long tradition of providing home and community care to families across the region. As a registered charity and non-profit organization, Acclaim Health’s focus is on caring for the community, and we continually re-invest in programs that will help even more people within it. We believe in rigorously pursuing excellence in everything we do – from exceptional client care to good governance and fiscal accountability. And we’re not afraid to take risks or adopt new, emerging best practices to drive better care. Last year, we helped over 25,000 people improve their quality of life through the dedication of our team of 450 staff, over 650 volunteers and many donors and supporters. Our full spectrum of programs support physical and mental well-being through independent living, reduced social isolation, innovative dementia care, end of life care and bereavement support.
