Buscamos un perfil generalista RRHH con experiencia en multinacionales del sector infraestructuras Job Description Mission: Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her business unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, so that his/her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project’s execution and provide the internal client with added value through his/her professional performance. They are responsible for managing or carrying out work across different sub-families of human resources, in their reference organisational unit, including: programmes and policies for development, compliance and general support for business, selection, on-boarding, terminations and reports, employee relations and communications, coordination of compensation programmes, relocation (national and international), migration, training services in human resources, mobility (design and strategy), recruitment, the organisation’s talent and performance, skills and development, and human resources information systems (HRIS). Required Skills and Competencies Requisitos: Experiencia minima de 5-8 años en posiciones similares Titulación universitaria en ADE, Económicas, Derecho, Psicología y Relaciones Laborales.
