We have over 30 stores across the UK providing advice and assistance to as many customers as possible. From as far north as Inverness, in Scotland, down to Bournemouth and Southampton on the South Coast of England. Our stores are fully accessible for mobility equipment users and many provide free car parking facilities. We have fully trained staff who have passed a DBS check for added peace of mind and offer free demonstrations on the mobility aids that we provide, so that you can try them out for size before making a decision. Unlike many of our competitors we choose to trade ethically and as a result some mobility items that require an assessment are not sold via our website. This is because we want to ensure the mobility aids that our customers are purchasing will assist with their difficulties rather than cause them any further issues, and to also ensure customers do not make a purchase unnecessarily. All mobility aids on our website can be reserved for Click and Collect to ensure the item is in stock. If a customer does choose to Click and Collect an item which does require an assessment, our store staff will discuss the chosen mobility aid with them and if it isn’t suitable there is no obligation to continue with the purchase.
