A great opportunity has arisen at Aberdeen Performing Arts for a customer-focussed team leader to join our Sales and Engagement (Box Office) team. The Customer Experience Team Leader will work within the box office of our venues, providing reception duties and ticket sales in person, online through our website and social media channels and on the phone. You will lead by example and monitor customer experience and service standards on reception across all three of our iconic city-centre venues - His Majesty's Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree. In this role you'll work closely with all teams within Aberdeen Performing Arts, as well as customers and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and customer experience. You'll be motivated, hard-working, a team player and able to work under your own initiative. With a strong commercial mind, you must be able to identify opportunities to maximise income and upsell. you'll have excellent communication and relationship management skills, great IT skills, as well as a high level of organisational and planning ability, with good attention to detail. Ideally, you'll have experience of using CRM systems, and you might already be used to communicating with customers through various channels including social media and live web chat.
