Your responsibilities: The Regulatory Affairs department ensures that we obtain marketing authorisation for the company's product portfolio both from the National and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). As Student Assistant you will perform various tasks within the department, and also communication with the company´s other departments and our subsidiary in Hungary. The Regulatory Affairs department´s main responsibilities are applications for marketing authorisations, variations and renewal of marketing authorisations, as well as evaluating product information for the Nordic Medicine Agencies. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Preparation and archiving of Regulatory documents (applications) Setup and proofreading leaflets and manuscripts for packaging materials Updates of DKMAnet (indlægsseddel.dk) and SPC updates (summary of product characteristics) Photo documentation Registration of samples Various daily ad hoc task Are you the right candidate? We are looking for a Danish-speaking student assistant with an interest in pharmaceuticals and regulatory work who thrive on a dynamic culture in an entrepreneurial working environment where no two days are the same. As a person, you are positive, quality-conscious, detailed-oriented and you take on responsibility. Furthermore, we expect you to: Be studying for a bachelor´s degree in health or natural sciences or have interest in pharmaceuticals Work systematically Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs Have strong communicative skills in Danish and English and knowledge of the Nordic languages Your future colleagues You will be a vital part of an ambitious Regulatory Affairs department which consists of 5 employees.
