Job Description: a Raise Purchase Order (“PO”) for estates’ purchases and maintain PO Master File. b) Update the Consumables Stock Movement Report in batches. c) Update the Fresh Fruits Basket (‘’FFB’’) Despatch Report in batches. d) Prepare bank reconciliation and maintaining fixed assets register. e) Process and prepare payments/fund transfer, bank-in of cheques and update of cash book. f) Assist to prepare audit and tax schedules. g) Carry out job assignments given by superior effectively. h) Ensure confidentiality of information and documents. i) Do filing of documents as and when necessary. j) Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
