The Role The Talent Associate plays an integral role in the overall success of the company and our ability to grow our talent and expand our business in Singapore and the wider Asia region. Specifically, this role will be responsible for: End to end recruitment of our legal consultant employee bench, including screening applicants, conducting interviews, internal database management, and providing ideas for enhancement or change Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates by direct sourcing, pro-active market research and cultivating relationships / maintaining close communication with external recruiters Working closely with our sales team to analyse client demand and support hiring strategies based on practice area and experience level Meeting hiring targets and wider recruitment KPIs to ensure a consistent, relevant pipeline of candidates Setting an example as the face of our brand; building a community of values-committed (thoughtful, fresh, committed, and irresistible) legal professionals on a mission to change our industry Successful candidates First and foremost, successful candidates must be a fit for our unique operating environment and culture: high-growth, innovative, lean, and values-driven.
