Our client is now looking for a passionate and driven Facility Manager who shall be in-charge of management and maintenance of the Industrial Hub and report directly to the Deputy General. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee and lead the facility management team at the Industrial Hub Oversee the facility handover and liaise with project team and contractors for defect works during DLP period Pro-actively ensure that the buildings are properly maintained and function to support the overall mission of the dept Inspect properties regularly and foster a relationship with the tenants and colleagues alike for smooth and cooperative working environment Ensure operations are in accordance to the company standard and procedure Establish an effective and preventive maintenance program and be involved in development and conception of new projects Review the performance of all service contractors regularly Establish a prudent expense management system for each department of each building Engage with local authorities and ensure compliance with relevant regulation and by-laws Manage and direct any upgrading or replacement project within the properties in order to ensure long term stability and to minimize the cost. Any other duties as and when assigned by a superior Key Skills Facility Management, property management Required Experience and Qualifications Diploma/Degree in facility management or other relevant disciplines Minimum of 5 years’ working experience Good and communication skills.
