Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to. Maintain up-to-date export files in a structured and cataloged system. Submit timely document directives to customers/airline to necessitate timely processing of exports. Placement of bookings with the airline Submission of airline instructions to airline line Timely follow up for the above process Follow up with the customers for the airline instructions Coordination with CHA__ Responsibilities and Duties Excellent verbal and communication skills Multi-tasking and the ability to handle work pressure Qualifications: Graduation – With minimum 3yrs of relevant experience. Any Certifications in a similar industry will be an added advantage. Team Player Knowledge about Commercial Invoice, ExportPacking List, Pro Forma Invoice, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Dangerous Goods Certificate, Insurance Certificate, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, etc… _Knowledge of Preparing Delivery Notes, Forwarders Cargo Receipt, Airline Instructions for the Airway Bill, _ Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹400,000.00 /year Experience: customer service: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Shifts: Morning (Preferred) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Phone / Internet reimbursement Other Industry: Logistic Support
