Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of various solution across all sites of Atyeti. Provides implementation and 3rd line technical support; Including planning, installation, on-going management, monitoring and troubleshooting. Provides proactive recommendations and actively contributes to the configuration, layout and performance tuning to improve the solution. Responsible for the management of the infrastructure platforms, including change requests and troubleshooting incidents, updating and escalating support calls, managing them through to final resolution Support of the day to day work activities for the standard desktop service for all workstations and laptops remotely or in person Resolution of incidents, updating and escalating support calls, managing them through to final resolution Provide excellent communication and feedback to customers and Client Support Team regarding the status of outstanding support call. Solving IT Issues in relation the business effectively and efficiently Assist in development and up keep of documentation and procedures for the Support Team To handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time Relevant work experience: Has designed and deployed dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on the Cloud Selecting appropriate Cloud services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms Implementing cost-control strategies. Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure systems, Install and configure virtual cloud instances. Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team Education Qualification: Diploma & above Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 to RM9,000.00 /month Experience: IT System Administration: 4 years (Required) Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required) Location: Kuala Lumpur (Required) Benefits: Health insurance Performance bonus Near public transport Flexible working hours
