Job Responsibilities: Responsible to check and monitor security systems are in working conditions in assigned premises Carry out routine patrolling and preventive maintenance work in assigned premises Assist to provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security, mechanical and electrical systems as company’s product Assist to silent the fire control system and report based on standard operating procedures Check on unusual activities and suspicious characters including identifying and reporting potential problems Exercise preventive measures to deter safety hazards, unlawful activities, theft, robbery from occurring in premises Guide and collect entrance fee from visitors to enter the premise based on standard operations procedures Provide general assistance to residents and visitors on entering and exiting the premises Follow corrective and preventive maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures Ensure residents and visitors comply to rules and regulations in premises Assist to attend to any operational and maintenance issues Comply in any rules and regulations set forth in client’s premises Qualifications: Higher NITEC in Building Facility Management, Electronic or Electrical Minimum 2 years relevant working experience (Building Security/Security Guard) Must perform shift work schedule as follows: Shift A – 7am to 3pm Shift B – 3pm to 11pm 2 days Shift A, 2 days Shift B, 2 days Rest Contractual Role for 1 year with renewable option Good Customer Service skill to handle enquiry and assist external parties Preferably with knowledge in Security Systems Committed and willing to perform covering duties when called upon Independent yet able to work as a team Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: Facilities Maintenance: 1 year (Required) Customer Service: 1 year (Required) Security: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Required)
