Some work experience (minimum summer job) Your responsibilities As a trainee you will take part in sales-oriented tasks as, category management (brand and PL), customer business plans, campaign planning and both short term actions and long-term strategic issues. You will also gain an understanding within field sales as well as how food business innovation and product development conducts both locally and across countries. You will be places at our office in Horsens and report to the Head of Sales for Atria Denmark. Together with your fellow trainees you will deliver a report based on your Sales specialization to be presented on the graduation day. As a true team player, you will enjoy creating a strong international network and feel prepared to take on a longer period of job rotation within the company. You will also develop a clear understanding of Atria’s organization, strategy and the food business in general. On a personal level you will actively seek personal insight and develop an understanding of your own leadership profile and your personal strengths to be able to grow within Atria in the future. You will also with gain insight on Atria’s different cultural perspectives and develop knowledge on how to communicate with multinational teams. During the program together with your fellow international trainee team you and to go through all the international as well as internal local rotations including practice on shop floor and with in-depth practice within sales.
