JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Manage Website Content (Upload blog entries, upload articles, create new pages, upload videos, images and any other media). Manage the website Content Management System (CMS). Organise Content in easy relatable categories. Visually present contents in the most creative way possible. Including source, commission, edit and upload images and videos and other graphical elements. Build functional and easy-to-use website, micro site, web tools and other web development or application related tasks. Build reusable codes, templates, layouts, libraries and other related tools or widget for future use. Monitor and analyse site performance. (e.g traffic, conversions). Addressing end user enquiry, request & complaint. Work closely with the business team internally or externally to manage the information on the knowledge base. Work closely with other engineers to ensure seamless operations of the knowledge base. Provide support for web development through planning, testing and identifying necessary functional improvements. Capable of working proficiently at both strategic and tactical aspects of a project to at least be able to code a simple program, derive logical process and possess a strong decision making skills. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENT Must be passionate about delivering great service to our customers Minimum Diploma / Degree with minimum 2 years related working experience in servie industry. Fluent in English and Malay Experience and interest in Social Media, Mobile Technology, Instant Messaging, etc. Knowledge of Home Network and Wi-Fi set up, digital streaming would be an advantage Knowledge of Sharepoint or similar CMS Hands on experience handling Web Application and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
