Job Description Developing contract strategy based on Companies’ policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy taking into account risk, pricing, scope, and schedule Manage the development of large-scale, complex proposals Analyse solicitations including evaluation notices to identify all requirements and criteria for proposal preparation and evaluation Create proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal schedules and provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams Lead the development of compliant and compelling proposals that clearly describe our strengths and discriminators Work collaboratively with BD, capture, and proposal teams, business partners, and operational organizations throughout the procurement cycle Providing guidance and leadership on contract related matters to cross functional business team members identifying the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of opportunities and potential risk. Ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts / subcontracts Profile Must have 10 years of experience of working in a large corporate/business focused environment Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex tenders, precise scheduling and multiple and shifting priorities. Demonstrated achievement in the design and implementation of tender documents. Proven capacity to effectively manage complex proposal development processes, as well as manage and mentor staff with various levels of skills and experience. Vast experience in change management, claim management and contract-related legal issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibility regarding proposal stage and/or project execution At Assystem, everyone holds the reins for their own careers.
