Roles & Responsibilities Head of Advertising Operations, JAPAC One of the world’s fastest growing med is looking for a Head of Advertising Operations to manage their rapidly expanding across the JAPAC region! Based in Singapore, you will be the go to person across all things Ad Ops. You will be responsible for managing an experienced and growing team, providing support for Sales, being the subject matter expert for clients and being a key pillar in a global business. What they are looking for is someone with a wealth of experience in Ad Ops and a great personality to match to hit the ground running and make a real impact in their ambitious and dynamic team in Singapore. The Role Management and mentoring of your team members – Setting KPIs, performance reviews, development and HR. Ownership of advertising campaigns and ensuring all are on track for delivery and performing as best as possible against KPIs. Work closely with other internal teams to maximise operational performance and client success. In depth analysis of campaign data and develop insights for Sales team to feedback to clients. UI testing and development. About You Minimum 6+ years’ experience working in Ad Ops. Must haves – Strong management experience and top notch Excel skills! Passionate about AdTech and a good understanding of the Digital AdTech space. An excellent communicator – Be able to commute well internally and externally. A team player who will lead by example.
