Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Responsible for setting up new device qualification, attending to production issues related to process and equipment deviation. Responsible in monitoring, analysis, trouble shooting and device yield performance, SPC charts and perform lot disposition on outlier lots together with Quality Engineer. Perform evaluation of new materials to support Yield and Cost improvement. Generate training materials and trained manufacturing personnel on operating procedure or any new changes in manufacturing and process specification. Work closely with other department projects to improve process and equipment performance and capability. Coordinate and communicate directly with customer for any process engineering related matters. Prerequisites Requirements Degree in Engineering discipline. Knowledge on DOE Software / tools. Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Good team player. Hands-on experience with following equipment is advantageous: 1. Lintec/Teikoku Wafer Prep Tools Rad3000 Rad3600 Rad2500 2. Disco Backgrind tool DFG860/8560 3. Disco Laser Groove DFL1760/1761 4.
