About the role: We have multiple openings for Pega Engineers to join our Pega Practice and form part of a community that works across ASB Bank - so you'll get to flex your tech and automation muscles across a variety of initiatives while being surrounded by some of the best Pega Engineers in the world! Our Pega Engineers are a big part of driving the accuracy of our Pega applications, their performance, and automation. They do this by helping us get to grips with business requirements, providing high-level solution design, and guiding the LBAs and customer experts to capture their requirements, process steps, objectives and effort estimates. They interact with other engineers to allocate and track specifications, review their deliverables, work closely with our Architect to cover end to end testing, and partner with Automation Consultants to implement prototype automation and drive thought leadership on ways to harness Pega to keep driving automation throughout ASB Bank. About you: As a certified CSSA or CLSA, you'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in designing solutions using the latest versions of Pega and designing high performing applications. Your deep Pega knowledge will make you a whiz at working through reference architecture, designing frameworks, implementing design governance and tackling complex items including integration. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to participate in design sessions, lead teams, write design documents and tailor your communication style to business and technical audiences. You'll be passionate about sharing your knowledge with other Pega Engineers to build their skills and capability across the Pega Practice. It would be great if you have some of the following skills and experience: Analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large-scale enterprise application systems in an Agile way or working Good understanding of Integration patterns and ability to recommend the best integration option based on the requirements 3+ years working on Pega version 7 and above Experience working in Pega Customer Service, Decisioning or Financial Services What's in it for you?
