Global business but small and friendly local team Work closely with senior management in a broad role Thornton location, paying $70k + super A global company is looking for a strong Administrator/ Customer Service person to join their office in Thornton. This is a great opportunity to work locally in a friendly team where you will support senior management in a broad role encompassing logistics, customer service and back office support. As the business grows there is a lot of scope to take on more, and work across all parts of the business. Candidates with previous logistics experience will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Head of Sales including tracking projects and updating database and spreadsheets Manage incoming calls and emails and deal directly with customers to process orders and coordinate incoming shipments and deliveries Liaise with overseas manufacturing plant and local carriers Prepare correspondence and documents and assist with reporting Be the point of contact for all enquiries, orders and pricing queries General invoicing duties and the provision of comprehensive back office support to the two Thornton based directors Collaborate with other stakeholders including the European head office and staff at the manufacturing plant Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Admin role ideally with logistics experience Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks Reliable and able to work in a small office autonomously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and other software To apply please click apply or call Katie Spicer on 02 8423 1018 for a confidential discussion.
