We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will implement our marketing and advertising activities on social media / communication campaigns which will be to align with marketing strategies. Setting up of various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media sites eg -Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc. Candidate will be Responsible for Managing Social Media Marketing Campaigns and day-to-day activities including: 1. The creation and publishing of relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. 2. Creating a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising. 3. Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast). 4. Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales. Managing SEM/ SEO/ Social Media Marketing budgets. Achieving the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns. Analysing Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI. In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis. Development of brand awareness and online reputation. Creating multiple ad copies and split testing of campaigns across multiple advert groups. Progress report on online marketing Campaigns. Required Candidate profile Demonstrate In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media. Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing. Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound. Maintains excellent writing and language skills. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
