Responsibilities and Duties 1. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans. 2. Determine project responsibilities, assign personnel to the required tasks. 3. Determine project specifications, know client requirements. 4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. 5. Manage the project plan and project team in order to support the timely completion of tasks, deliverable, and milestones. 6. Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project. 7. Monitor project progress and also co-ordinate activities. 8. Prepare project status reports. 9. Exposure in handling projects related to Web Development, E-Commerce, Mobile Applications. 10.Getting output ready before the deadline. 11. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope. 12. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. 13. Develop project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
