ANZCO Foods Rangitikei are looking for an Administrator to join the team based at our Rangitikei site located between Bulls and Marton in the Manawatu. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Financial Analyst, Rangitikei Site Manager and Senior Management Team while also managing and maintaining the R2P process for the site. Key activities: Raise Purchase Order numbers according to the company's process Receipt all invoices to ensure prompt payment Follow up missing invoices for suppliers and ensure they are processed asap Collaborate with the Corporate R2P team to get any invoices with PO problems amended Maintain spreadsheet/budget to have long term clarity over Blanket Orders Expenditure tracking & reporting - maintain cost tracking databases (VDA, Capex Projects) up to date Assist Financial Analyst with month end financial reporting Provide Reception/Admin cover when required Skills/Experience: At least 3 years administration experience Intermediate to advanced word processing skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
