Reporting to IT Process and Development Manager, the main responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst role include: analysing current processes and determining future requirements through a structured approach to achieve project objectives. performing business analysis and project monitoring tasks to fully satisfy the internal and external stakeholders requirements. Identifies and documents requirements and assist with the design of solutions. fulfilling group standards and refering to IT regional and HO for policy, procedures and guidance. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Business or related area Australian citizenship or permanent residence Extensive business analysis experience and a strong knowledge of the software development life cycle Good knowledge of business system terminology and concepts Experience with Shipping and Logistics systems Experience with SAP and other ERP tools Strong experience with SQL Strong understanding and experience with relational technology Extensive experience with BI tools MS O365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and Visio Strong Analytical and Organisation Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Exceptional customer service orientation If you have the skills and are ready for new challenges, apply NOW!
